Free Use Policy Statement for Mblaze:
- Free Websites are:
- Customer should preferably click on free web site icons on MTS
site to avail of free use
- Customer must have positive balance to avail Free website use
- Email will be free for Indian yahoo email addresses e.g. [email protected],
and [email protected] email addresses.
- Email attachment downloads will be free from the given free
websites
- Some websites will show pop- ups, banners, flash clips , videos
and contents from websites other than the one Customer is browsing,
shall be chargeable. For example Yahoo India may show content from 3rd
party websites or from Yahoo outside India.
- Most PC/laptop when connected to the internet make use of the
connection to check on software updates, application upgrades and
other services. These will of course be charged for. To avoid this
usage you can disable all such communication from applications on your
machine
- To avoid intrusion on your privacy we do not check information
from HTTPS addresses. Therefore these data communications will be
chargeable. These are generally secure data communications that are
used for logins, financial transactions and other private information.
- The Free usage levels set by the Company are very generous. As per
the Company policy, MTS shall monitor the customers downloading data
in excess of the prescribed limit for free usage of the Free Websites,
MTS will intimate that customer [by way of a call/SMS/email or
otherwise] about the excessive use with a request to change his usage
so that it conforms to the prescribed limits failing which MTS have a
discretion to suspend/disconnect the access rights.
- MTS reserves the right to add or remove any website in the
aforesaid list of Free Websites without notice.
- MTS Policy is applicable to all existing and future tariff plans
offered by MTS unless specifically withdrawn at the discretion of MTS
- MTS reserves the right to vary the terms of the Plan offer from
time to time.
Steps to check (Yahoo) free
website charging principles:
- Step1: Disable any wifi or local LAN connection
- Step2: Disable Windows Update
- Step3: Connect using Mblaze using Hybrid Mode
- Step4: Go to www.yahoo.co.in or www.yahoo.in
- Step5: Login ( thus passing thru HTTPS server which is charged)
- Step6: Go the Mblaze Interface and let the session stabilise
i.e. Send speed: 0 (Zero) kbps; Received speed: 0 (Zero) kbps
- Step7: Go the Mblaze Interface and select Settings and thereafter
select "Check my balance" (in a moment an alert containing your Mblaze
account update will appear on screen)
- Step8: Go to your yahoo account and read some mail
- Step9: Download an attachment (preferably more than 1MB)
- Step10: Go the Mblaze Interface and select Settings and thereafter
select "Check my balance" (in a moment an alert containing your Mblaze
account update will appear on screen)
- Step11: Charge should be zero

Company reserves the right to change the list of websites
with equivalent websites at any point in time. The free use policy forms
part of the terms and conditions of service. Use of the service is
deemed to be acceptance of the policy.
